Provides advice and consultation to companies regarding the document retention policies and production of electronic information. Includes:

• Providing advice in the creation of strategic policies regarding the corporate policy for creating, managing and retention of electronic information.

• Providing assistance in reviewing, establishing and implementing document retention policies;
  Providing training to corporate employees regarding the creation, management and storage of corporate electronic information;

• Providing advice regarding responding to discovery requests including notification to appropriate parties, preservation protocols, negotiating compliance and disclosure requirements.
